Culinary specialties from South Tyrol
Our junior chef Reinhold Rabensteiner and his team offer tasty culinary delights that are influenced by both traditional South Tyrol cuisine and Mediterranean cooking.
The chef tries to use nature as his inspiration, and most of the ingredients he uses come from our own farm and herb garden. Breakfast includes home-made jams, daily fresh bread, and our own meat and speck products. For dinner, you can choose fresh vegetables from our salad buffet, home-made pasta, gnocchi, dumplings and more.
We are particularly proud of our Scottish Highland cattle. The meat of these modest animals, which grace the alps above Villandro/Villanders in summer, is particularly low on cholesterol.
