Our COVID-19 measures for your safe holiday

Pre check-In

Comfortable check-in is already possible from home.

Rooms & suites

Your room will be completely cleaned & disinfected before your arrival and after your departure. Our laundry is washed at 90°C and tables and surfaces are regularly disinfected. We only use antibacterial and disinfectant cleaning agents.

Wellness & spa

Our two wellness areas are open regularly. Heat & humidity in the saunas kill the virus and chlorine in the pools also kills it. Massages and other treatments are carried out in accordance with safety regulations.

More space

Fortunately, all our areas are very spacious and we have room for everyone with the necessary minimum distance in the restaurant, terrace, lawn for sunbathing, relaxation rooms ...

Eat without worries

Our extensive buffets are open regularly. You can enjoy your dinner at your table in the usual relaxed atmosphere.

Nose and mouth masks

We, your Untertheimerhof team, no longer wear nose and mouth masks since 1st June. The obligation to wear masks has been lifted in all indoor areas (hotels, shops, restaurants...). Only in public transport are nose and mouth masks still compulsory.

All our employees and we, your hosts, are trained in hygiene and disinfection. We are tested for antibodies and temperature checks are carried out. We want to do everything possible for you so that you feel comfortable and safe with us. This is our priority.

Cancellation conditions

We have also adapted our cancellation conditions for you and you can cancel or change your stay free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
